Audit and accountability
Every record carries a full audit history: who changed what, when, with field-level detail. Financial events (charges, payments, refunds, mandates) are event-sourced, so every state transition is preserved and traceable. Where head office acts inside a franchisee's site, the intervention is explicitly flagged and visible to both sides.
Data protection and GDPR
Sensitive personal data is protected by field-level permissions enforced in the API, not hidden in the UI. Payment details are encrypted, deletions are soft and fully traceable, and the platform runs in UK and EU Azure regions. Talk Think Do is ISO 27001 certified and Cyber Essentials Plus accredited.
Roles and permissions
One permission model spans every module. Permissions are the product of business areas and actions, roles are scoped to network, franchise, or site, and grants resolve automatically as your estate changes. Enforcement happens at the API layer, so a misconfigured screen can never leak data.
International by design
Every user-facing string lives in translation catalogues with build-enforced parity across languages: a missing translation fails the build rather than shipping. Multi-currency amounts, per-jurisdiction tax components, and times stored in UTC and displayed in local time zones.
