Pricing questions

What does "perpetual source code licence" mean?

You receive a perpetual licence to the accelerator source code and full ownership of all project-specific code built for you. You can modify, extend, and maintain the platform with your own team at any point. There are no ongoing licence fees, no per-user charges, and no lock-in. If you choose to leave Talk Think Do, you take the code with you.

How does the licence work for multi-site operators?

Your licence cost does not increase as you add new locations. Whether you operate 5 sites or 50, the platform investment stays predictable. We tailor the licence to your specific requirements during consultation, and the same perpetual ownership model applies: you pay once and own the code.

Can we start with one module and add more later?

Yes. The modules are composable. You can start with a single module and add others later, or deploy any combination from day one. Each module has its own API surface and works independently, but they share a common data layer so there is no duplication or integration overhead when you add another module.

Is the Franchising module included in the licence?

The Franchising module is for franchise operators. Every module is optional: you take only the modules you need. The scope is agreed during consultation and depends on your network size, number of franchisees, and specific requirements. The same perpetual source code licence model applies: you pay once and own the code.

What is included in the project cost?

The project cost covers discovery, configuration, branding, data migration, integration, testing, staff training, and go-live support with a hypercare period. You receive a fully deployed, production-ready platform tailored to your organisation, not a generic out-of-the-box setup.

Do we need a custom member app?

Not necessarily. The platform includes a staff-facing application and APIs that can power your existing digital channels. If you need a customer-facing mobile app or web portal, we build that as a separate custom project, designed to your brand and UX requirements, and connected to the platform via APIs.

What does the ongoing support cover?

The support retainer covers hosting on Azure (managed infrastructure, monitoring, backups, security patching) and a helpdesk service for your team. The helpdesk covers bug fixes, configuration changes, and operational queries. Support is entirely optional. You can self-support with your own team if you prefer.
