The world of software delivery is changing rapidly. It is not just engineers who are affected. Business analysts, QA professionals, delivery managers, and architects all work differently now. At Talk Think Do, we recognised this early and built our entire approach around AI-accelerated delivery across every discipline.
We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner that delivers for clients like the Department for Education, Avios, and Third Space. The majority of our code is AI-authored and reviewed by senior engineers, validated by ISTQB-qualified QA, and shipped within our ISO 27001-certified security framework. We use Claude across the company. Every role, not just engineering, uses AI as a daily tool.
This changes everything about who we hire. We need experienced professionals who can think clearly, communicate well, and use AI to amplify their expertise. The boundaries between traditional roles are blurring. A BA who understands what AI-accelerated engineering makes possible writes better requirements. A QA professional who uses AI to generate test cases and analyse coverage delivers faster, higher-quality assurance. The payoff is a much more varied and interesting working life.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in your discipline. AI tools amplify expertise, they don't replace it. We need seasoned professionals who know what good looks like.
AI-first in every role
We use Claude across the company. Engineers, BAs, QA, delivery managers: everyone uses AI daily. You may not have had the chance to use AI extensively at work yet, and that is fine. But we expect you to have invested your own time exploring it.
Flexible and progressive
The boundaries between traditional roles are blurring. A BA who understands the code. A QA who writes automation with AI. An engineer who shapes requirements. We want people who embrace that overlap.
Autonomous and accountable
You'll work in small, cross-functional teams. Everyone owns their area of responsibility. Whether that is technical delivery, requirements, quality, or project coordination, the accountability is yours.
Pattern-driven
We are opinionated about how solutions are built, tested, and delivered. We have well-proven, battle-tested patterns across every discipline. You need to follow them, improve them, and contribute new ones.
