Managed Support for AI-Built Software
We run the software AI helped you build.
AI made building software dramatically easier. Operating it in production, with monitoring, security, dependency lifecycle and incident response, is the hard, durable part. That is the part we do. Support for AI-built systems starts from £2,450 per month.
AI made building easy. Operating is the hard part.
An AI-assisted team, or a single determined founder, can now produce a working application in weeks. What AI tools do not produce is the operational half of software: someone watching it in production, patching its dependencies, responding when it fails at 2am, and improving it as the business changes. Building was never the durable cost of software; running it is.
This service covers AI-generated codebases we did not build. We run business-critical software for organisations across education, government, transport, and sport and fitness, with tiered SLAs from business-hours cover to 24/7.

Continuous improvement
The tier boundary is not 'AI wrote it'
Supporting any production system means monitoring, security patching, incident response, and continuous improvement. An AI-built codebase adds specific work on top: understanding code whose authorship and reasoning are undocumented, establishing what the test suite actually verifies, and managing a dependency tree the tools chose quickly rather than deliberately.
That is why support for AI-built systems starts from £2,450 per month, a distinct tier from our £1,590 per month entry tier for conventional codebases. The premium is not a judgement on AI authorship: unassessed AI-authored code simply needs more active management, across patterns, test coverage and dependency risk. Our own delivery is proof that the authorship is not the issue. 91.6% of our code is AI-authored, and 100% of it is reviewed by senior engineers and validated by ISTQB-qualified QA, and systems built under that kind of reviewed process sit on the standard tier. The tier boundary is not 'AI wrote it'; it is 'nobody was accountable for it'.
The Stabilisation Assessment comes first
For an AI-generated codebase we did not build, ongoing support starts with a Stabilisation Assessment: £5,500, fixed, over two weeks.
The assessment is the required first step before we take on ongoing support, and it stands on its own: you receive the findings and the plan whether or not you proceed with us. It is how we price the ongoing tier honestly, and how you find out what you are actually running.

SLAs and cover
Cover is SLA-backed, from business-hours support through to 24/7 managed services, with response within one to two hours on priority-one incidents on the top tiers. In-hours support is delivered directly by our permanent, UK-based team; for round-the-clock coverage we partner with Just After Midnight, a specialist 24/7 managed support provider. Onboarding typically takes between one and eight weeks depending on system complexity.
Two figures, both fixed or published
Support for AI-built systems starts from £2,450 per month, scaling with scope, SLA tier and team size. The Stabilisation Assessment is £5,500, fixed. Our entry tier for conventional codebases remains £1,590 per month, published on our pricing page.

Who maintains AI-generated code after it ships?
Someone has to, and it is rarely the tool that wrote it. AI-generated code needs the same production operations as any software (monitoring, security patching, incident response) plus active management of its patterns, test coverage and dependencies. We provide that as an SLA-backed managed service, starting from £2,450 per month for AI-built systems.
Do you support software your team did not build?
This service covers AI-generated codebases we did not build. Onboarding typically takes between one and eight weeks depending on system complexity, and starts with knowledge capture so cover is safe from day one. For AI-generated codebases, a Stabilisation Assessment comes first.
How much does managed support for AI-built software cost?
From £2,450 per month, scaling with scope, SLA tier and team size. That is a distinct tier from our £1,590 per month entry tier for conventional codebases, because unassessed AI-authored code needs more active management across patterns, test coverage and dependency risk. The Stabilisation Assessment that precedes ongoing support is £5,500, fixed, over two weeks.
What is different about supporting an AI-generated codebase?
The code itself runs like any other code; the difference is what you do not know about it. Authorship reasoning is undocumented, test suites often assert less than they appear to, and dependencies were usually chosen for speed rather than longevity. Support therefore starts by establishing a baseline (that is the Stabilisation Assessment) and then actively manages those three risks alongside normal operations.
What SLAs do you offer?
Tiered SLAs from business-hours cover through to 24/7 managed services, with response within one to two hours on priority-one incidents on the top tiers. In-hours support is delivered by our permanent, UK-based team; out-of-hours cover on 24/7 tiers is provided with our partner Just After Midnight. Response and resolution targets are agreed in writing and reviewed quarterly.
What if our AI-built system is already failing in production?
Then you need rescue before support: our vibe coding rescue service stabilises AI-built software that is failing now. Once the system is stable, it can move onto ongoing managed support. This page is for AI-built software that works today and needs someone accountable for keeping it that way.

Our quarterly AI Velocity Report tracks real delivery metrics from live projects: how much of our code is AI-authored, how delivery timelines compare to baseline, and which tools are making a measurable difference. No marketing spin, just honest data from a team that builds software every day.
