Talk Think Do Partners With Vonage To Deliver Innovative Customer Experiences

Talk Think Do today announced it has entered a partnership agreement with Vonage (Nasdaq:VG), a global leader in cloud communications helping businesses accelerate their digital transformation, and will leverage the Vonage Video API to deliver innovative customer experiences via secure, real-time video communications.
Talk Think Do supplies technology strategy, development, and support services focused on application innovation, with a particular expertise in designing, building, and running custom enterprise applications based on a cloud-native architecture.
“We’re proud to partner with a leading communications platform like Vonage to provide innovative customer experiences at scale,” said Matt Hammond, Chief Executive Officer of Talk Think Do. “We have seen a huge move towards direct business to consumer video appointments over the last year. While many organisations have achieved this through the rapid deployment of off-the-shelf solutions, many others struggle with operational issues using off-the-shelf solutions direct to consumers at scale. This is a particular challenge for industries such as education and healthcare that now rely on video experiences to provide their core services. Together, Talk Think Do and Vonage enable businesses to create meaningful, reliable video experiences embedded directly into their existing websites, applications and platforms.”
“We are seeing a secular change in the way that businesses communicate and operate as COVID-19 has accelerated the need for reliable and high-quality video offerings to facilitate the remote delivery of vital services,” said Sunny Rao, Vonage Senior Vice President, API Global Sales. “Customers now expect, even demand, the option to connect via seamless digital video experiences, and the Vonage Video API makes this possible for businesses across industries and across the globe.”
The Vonage Communications Platform brings both power and flexibility to businesses through the integration of multiple channels − video, voice, chat, messaging, email, and verification − into their applications, products, and workflows to create new paradigms in their industries. With an ever-growing network of more than one million registered developers, the Vonage Communications Platform makes it easy for businesses to use APIs to disrupt their industries, and enable the type of business continuity, remote work, and remote delivery of services that is so essential in today’s environment.
