Louise Clayton

Louise Clayton joined Talk Think Do in 2019 and became Managing Director in 2022, helping to transform it from a specialist boutique into one of the UK's leading Microsoft Solutions Partners. With over 23 years of IT experience, she brings a combination of commercial clarity, operational discipline, and genuine care for clients and colleagues.

Before joining Talk Think Do, Louise built her career in IT change management and project leadership at Ageas and RIAS, developing a strong track record of delivering complex programmes on time and to budget. She joined as Customer Focus Manager, became Chief Operating Officer, and stepped up to Managing Director, leading the company through a period of significant growth: the team doubled in size in 2022 alone, and revenue grew 107% over two years.

Louise is an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) Integrator, driving alignment between strategy and execution across the business. Under her leadership, Talk Think Do won Employer of the Year at the UK Dev Awards 2023 and achieved Microsoft Solutions Partner status with specialisations in Azure Infrastructure and DevOps.

Central to how Louise leads is a set of five values she has helped to embed across the business: honesty and openness, quiet confidence, a team-first attitude, doing what you say, and loving what you do.
