Ian has helped create high performing teams across industries including finance and telecoms. With 20+ years development experience, he enjoys bringing people together.

Working closely to realise customers’ visions, Serena is an early employee who helped launch our biggest project, that’s since been rolled out to 120+ locations.

Dan’s extensive technical knowledge spans several years and has been involved in industry-defining projects across sectors, from a premiership football club to the RNLI.

Jo has worked in the private education sector for the last 8 years, with the last 2 years leading a large programme of work focussing on digital transformation.

Niall collaborates with our engineering team to ensure we exceed client expectations. He has experience in managing customers at the EC, Home Office, MoD and more.

A creative thinker, Cath is always looking for the best solutions to meet customers’ needs. She used to manage complex digital projects for the NHS.

As a Business Analyst, Nikki focuses on always supporting customers. She was previously at Fitness First and was vital to the success of a Europe-wide payment system.

Steve works with customers to ensure we’re always meeting their needs. He’s amassed 26 years’ experience at BT in roles ranging from Business Improvement to Billing Consultancy.

Jo has over 20 years' experience in Customer Service, Health and Safety, Staff Training and Facilities Management.

Sam is ISTQB qualified. In his previous role he managed a team of test engineers to help deliver market leading software solutions to the Legal industry.

Mike is our QA Analyst and is ISTQB qualified, with over 10 years System Test and QA experience. His primary responsibility is to perform manual testing on software applications.

Kyrylo is responsible for ensuring that the work produced meets out client's standards. Previously, he worked as a Verification Department Manager to prevent money laundering.

Josh has over 10 years’ experience building elegant user interfaces. He previously worked with InfoMentor, helping build software to support schools.

Chris joined TTD after working as a key team member for a bespoke sports technology platform, which provided a comprehensive toolset for clubs across the EFL pyramid.

Connor joined us after previously working in the digital healthcare sector on patient management systems, allowing doctors to oversee patients prescriptions.

With seven years experience driven by frontend passion and tech versatility, Zan has crafted user interfaces for diverse fields including beauty and cinemas.

John has been a .NET Engineer for 17 years and is committed to providing quality software and support for our customers.

Tim has wide knowledge of Desktop/Plugin, Web, and Mobile application development. He used to work on rapid diagnostic technology for medical use in remote countries.

With 13+ years’ experience, Luke has developed web technologies across multiple industries. He built a bespoke web interface for the RNLI to support a bespoke MS Dynamics system.

John specialises in C# and database performance tuning. He has worked in both the public and private sectors, from the Environment Agency to Barclay’s.

Responsible for fixing bugs and developing new features, Jay recently joined us having graduated with a 1st in Software Engineering from Bournemouth University.

Paul is a C#/.NET specialist with wide industry experience, from Siemens to start-ups. Previously, he helped develop a cloud-based solution for recording Microsoft Teams calls.

Alex has over 20 years' experience in developing web based applications across multiple industries, including the oil industry where he developed a satellite monitoring system.

Stuart has experience delivering online assessment systems for AQA as well as web based applications specialising in Azure for the past 13 years.

Having graduated from Bournemouth University with a Software Engineering degree, Joe previously worked for a finance company developing new features.

After completing work experience with us last year, Sam is pursuing a degree in Digital & Technology Solutions and aims to specialise in backend development.
